I've been getting mail, mail, mail over my Carb-Free diet series.
Among other things...I now know that yogurt and strawberries are carbs. I think I knew (how can you "think" you know something?) strawberries were carbs. Veggies are carbs too, right? (I followed the Atkins diet once...for like a day and a half) When I was writing this series, I was actually thinking "no breads" as no carbs. My bad.
